i almost considered giving this hotel a good review! air conditioning took 1.5 days to get fixed, and i can’t believe there's no teapot in the room. i expected a complimentary welcome gift for my troubles, but, shockingly, nothing! the street noise is unbearable, and the food took a full hour—deplorable! just couldn't recommend it!

the street noise was quite annoying at night but the staff was incredibly attentive and the view from the rooftop bar was amazing. enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast and the beautiful wooden floors in the room.

The wooden floors and elegant decor create a cozy atmosphere that feels both classic and inviting. With beautiful park views right outside, one can escape the city hustle, although the proximity to the busy street might not suit everyone's idea of tranquility.

The air conditioning system is outdated and caused discomfort for a day and a half, and I noticed some wear in the furniture and lingering odors in the room. Street noise can be quite disruptive, especially at night, which might make the balcony experience less enjoyable due to the constant sound of traffic. Additionally, the dining options were limited. breakfast took an unreasonably long time, and the quality just didn't hit the mark, leaving me wondering if I should have sought local fare elsewhere.

The Green Park Hotel Boutique offers a beautiful and tranquil environment, with elegantly decorated rooms featuring lovely wooden floors. The office area in my room was well-suited for my work needs, providing a comfortable setting. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were professional and resourceful in helping to arrange tours to Teotihuacan and Coyoacan. The location across from the park was also a bonus for leisure time.
